We’re looking for a marketing jack of all trades. A creative, persuasive, and super-organized ninja, if you will. In this position, you will focus primarily on media buying and project management, but you’ll also take on marketing administrative duties.

We will consider out of state candidates for this role. 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Negotiate ad space, rates, and time slots with various media outlets
  • Prepare TV/radio ad schedules with external account executives and adjust when needed
  • Manage billing discrepancies, traffic problems, contracts, and make-goods
  • Analyze media options and recommend how to best allocate our advertising budget
  • Ensure advertising and marketing campaigns are exposed to the right audiences in the right locations
  • Manage invoicing and billing, including monthly invoice reconciliations
  • Pursue new business opportunities and added-value programs via media partnerships
  • Coordinate weekly radio schedule and ad calendar for our internal sales teams
  • Collect, analyze, and file radio airchecks
  • Act as day-to-day contact for internal clients managing all marketing projects from start to end
  • Help drive weekly prioritization and planning for the marketing team
  • Assist with social media and digital marketing campaign development
  • Track customer complaints and resolutions

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years experience buying television and radio on a national and regional level
  • Previous media planning experience is required
  • Experience in working with agencies for digital buys, OTT
  • Top-notch negotiation, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Understanding of Nielsen ratings and media reports
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
