Technical Recruiter

Description

Use your energy and drive to help us hire the best and the brightest for our company.  The Recruiter will partner with our Tech Managers to anticipate and meet our evolving needs and to deliver best talent in the organization.  The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage ongoing manager relationships all while having FUN doing it! We are a true contributor to the growth of the company and we provide the talent that makes this company successful.

The main responsibility will be to source, screen, interview and present quality candidates to our Tech Department.  

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
  • Proactively build a network of candidates that can quickly fill frequently posted positions.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.

Requirements:

  • Five years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all areas of Tech.
  • Technical recruiting experience in Mortgage industry a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team based project experience.
  • Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment life cycle processes.
  • Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Self-confidence and self-starter
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience as a successful technical recruiter
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
