American Financing is seeking a passionate, proactive, creative and engaged individual who will be the key partner and collaborator with an assigned Mortgage Consultant.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Outbound phone calls (minimum 40 per day) calling on all loans within PNC Pre-Approved status for each of their assigned Mortgage consultant
  • Conducted weekly (depending on volume of need can be bi-weekly)
  • Required to follow up collect needed information from borrower and agents
  • Validating all contact information for all agents involved
  • Ability to communicate effectively with realtors on approval status
  • Ability to create consumer relationships with borrowers and build confidence with borrower.
  • Follow up on Voice mail’s from Mortgage Consultants
  • Communicate and follow up on needed documents for Sign Off of loan files
  • Document management
  • Receipt and uploading of required documents to loan files
  • Separation and Labeling of loan docs
  • Other job duties as assigned by MC's or Sales Managers
  • Daily team communications containing team stats and information
  • Keeping the team board updated with daily, weekly, monthly and yearly stats
  • Re-assigning files based upon predetermined last

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience
  • Bilingual - Spanish speaking
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Mortgage background a plus not required
  • Collaborative, proactive, self-motivated and outgoing individual with an inherent curiosity to learn
  • Computer savvy
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
  • Good research skills and attention to detail
