JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate, proactive, creative and engaged individual who will be the key partner and collaborator to the General Sales Manager. Looking for local Colorado candidates. 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Distribution of new leads and re-assigning of Pre-Approved customers to Sr and Jr Mortgage Consultants.

  • Review reporting timelines for Pre-Approved Customers and sending follow ups to Mortgage Consultant and Management

  • Follow up with Sr and Jr Mortgage Consultants on pending applications (SOPs)

  • Assist Sales Managers with file dis-positioning and filing of quality reviews for new loan applications (File Tiering)

  • Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports for management review – Fall-Out reports, reports for American Home Agents and outside agent referral networks, etc.

  • Daily management of several calendars – Appointment Calendar, Time Off Calendar, Floating Holiday Calendar, etc.

  • Manage appointments set in Byte (MC Sets) and ensure there is adequate coverage of Mortgage Consultant on sales floor.

  • Responsible for attending and distributing of meeting minutes to appropriate parties for review. Provide feedback to Management on work and service quality.

  • Daily team communications containing team stats and information

  • Keeping the team board updated with daily, weekly, monthly and yearly stats

  • Other job duties as assigned by Manager.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of hands-on administrative support experience

  • Minimum 1 year Mortgage Experience
  • 1+ years’ experience with Microsoft Suite

  • Collaborative, proactive, self-motivated individual with an inherent curiosity to learn

  • Computer savvy

  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills

  • Good research skills and attention to detail
