American financing has always been my go to company when I need a refinance. I have used them twice I should say and they will for sure be my go to company forever. They are so very helpful and knowledgeable about every situation your going through or any help that they can offer in any way. American financing though would not be the company they are without the awesome people that they have working for them and helping they're customers as they do. My last experience I had two wonderful people that helped me the most. Greg laPointe and Eileen Henderson helped me. Greg was my loan consultant and Eileen was my loan Processor. Greg was the first person I talked to on a Saturday afternoon when I originally called looking for help. He was so knowledgeable about all the possibilities and even gave me ballpark numbers even before they had actual numbers of my credit or income and his numbers were spot on. He guided me through the whole process and explained everything to me I needed to know. Whenever I called for questions he always took the time to help me with anything I needed. Eileen reached out to me with some more forms I had to send in after a couple days through the process and same as Greg she was very helpful and super fast. When I added documents into the portal which is super easy to use and upload documents with. She was able to text from her office phone which was very helpful for quick updates. I know I most likely aggravated them with all my calls checking on the process and making sure they were not waiting on me for anything. I've always been that way when you deal with people from another state typically your just a piece of paper on they're desk. And they will get to you when they feel like it. They only way I can help with that is to keep checking on the situation and help if i need to do anything on my end. That being said Eileen and Greg never were bothered and always polite and helpful everytime I heard from them. If I could give them more stars I would. I'm big on customer service since I feel like it's dead in this country. But Greg laPointe and Eileen Henderson and the rest of the American financing team had the best customer service I've experienced in many years.
