where do I begin?
You
and American Financing have been such a great help to
Glenda and I. Honestly, you rescued us from a very bad
situation and quite simply probably saved us from having
to sale or worse yet losing our home altogether. As
you know, we purchased our current home three years
ago and received a very unpleasant surprise when we
went to our closing. We were informed that the purchase
agreement was comprised of two loans (80/20): 1st loan.)
30 year fixed rate at 6.8 % for 80% of purchase price.
2nd loan) Balloon at 9.8% for 20% of purchase price
due in 5 years. We were absolutely shocked! Prior to
closing we were told the loan would be comprised of
two loans (80/20) and that they would both be 30 year
fixed with the 20% loan having a slightly higher interest
rate than the 80% loan. No mention of a balloon, arm,
etc type loan was ever mentioned. We were very clear
in stating that we were only interested in a 30 year
fixed rate loan.
This
was our first home purchase and we were putting nothing
down for a down payment. We had excellent credit ratings
just no down payment and we understood that due to not
having a down payment we would need to use a two loan
structure (80/20). When we were informed of the balloon
loan, we put the closing on hold long enough to make
a phone call to our finance contact of whom was absolutely
no help at all. Ultimately, we went ahead with the closing
with the intention of refinancing before the 5 year
due date of the balloon loan. We spoke with three maybe
four different financing companies before deciding to
go with American Financing. I heard Mike Rosans endorsement
of American Financing on the 850 KOA radio 'The Ride
Home' show with Dave Logan and Lois Melkonian. I have
great respect for 850 KOA Radio, Mike Rosan, Dave Logan
and Lois Melkonian. I figured if Mike Rosan not only
endorses but is also a customer of American Financing
then they must be a legitimate, honest, stand-up company
who truly cares about the people they are doing business
with. You know, just like Mike Rosan said in his advertisement
spot. Thankfully, this was the correct assumption and
American Financing did not disappoint. John Sutton did
a wonderful job. Even when our appraisal came back lower
than we expected and the loan appeared to be falling
through, John went the extra mile and found an alternative
solution to make it happen for us. This took considerable
extra time ( 3 weeks) and effort on John's part and
ours as well, but John stayed with us and didn't give
up.

I
recently had the opportunity to have American Financing
help me with refinancing my mortgage loan. I had called
another mortgage company on two occasions and they never
returned my call. I called American Financing to inquire
about a refinance and was immediately contacted that same
day. My goal was to refinance from 6.25% to 5.0% interest.
Within two days, I had the opportunity to meet with Tony
Gomez who had let me know in advance the documentation
he would require to process the loan. I informed him that
if they could not refinance at 5% interest rate, I was
not willing to refinance. He assured me that he would
do his best to ensure that I had a 5% interest rate. There
was something very sincere and genuine about Tony that
made me really trust him and the company he represents

Within
a couple of days, Tony had the interest rate at 5% and
made arrangements for me to meet with the title company.
