There were 341 housing units at an average density
of 56.0/km² (145.0/mi²). The racial makeup
of the CDP was 97.60% White, 0.69% Native American,
0.57% Asian, 0.69% from other races, and 0.46% from
two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race
were 3.89% of the population.

Aspen Park there were 326 households out of which
38.3% had children under the age of 18 living with
them, 69.6% were married couples living together,
4.6% had a female householder with no husband present,
and 23.0% were non-families. 17.8% of all households
were made up of individuals and 2.1% had someone
living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The
average household size was 2.68 and the average
family size was 3.05.
Aspen
Parks population was spread out with 27.7% under
